Cancellation Policy

In cases where appointment cancellations, changes, or missed appointments occur without providing the required 48-hour notice, a missed appointment fee will be charged on the card on file. The missed appointment fee is set at 50% of the scheduled service and is due on the day of the cancellation. This fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future reservations. Please understand that the missed appointment will not be rescheduled until the fee has been collected. The purpose of this policy is to ensure fairness to both clients and our team. To ensure adherence to our cancellation policy, we kindly request that a valid credit card be kept on file. This allows us to uphold the terms outlined and maintain a smooth appointment scheduling process.

Service Satisfaction & Adjustment Policy

At Hair & Soul Salon, our goal is to provide an exceptional luxury experience and results that our guests love. We take great pride in the quality of our work and stand behind every service we perform.

Due to the time, expertise, and professional products used, all services are non-refundable.

However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not fully happy with your results, we are more than happy to make adjustments to your hair.

Adjustment Guidelines:

  • We kindly ask that you notify us within 7 days of your original appointment.

  • Adjustments must be scheduled with the original stylist whenever possible.

  • Services will be adjusted at no additional cost if the request aligns with the original consultation.

  • Any chargres that differ from the originally agreed-upon service, or requests made after the 7 day window, may be subject to additional charges.

We believe in open communication and encourage all guests to share their feedback during the consultation and throughout the service to ensure we achieve your desired result.
